Color Separation in Photoshop for T-shirt Printing

Here’s a simple video tutorial on how to color separate your spot color artwork in photoshop. This is not the only way, there are a few methods, this method works well if your artwork is at least at 300dpi. A lot of people rather use vector based programs like Illustrator or Freehand to do spot color separations, infact we use Illustrator for all our spot separations, but photoshop can get results if you tweak it right.
