Screen printing is fun when you get to do stuff like this. IMPERIOR contacted us with a colorful order and we were more then happy to oblige. These guys made our design job so much easier too! Each design, print details, sizes involved were laid out for us in exact detail. Artwork was supplied in vector format ready for film output. Loved working with them!

woven satin label

Satin Woven labels for a customer all the way from Penang, Malaysia.  Our minimum for Woven/printed labels are 1000 pcs per design. If you have your own label or brand, give it a professional look by having your own labels made. When your designing your label, make sure you keep the colors to a minimum as this affects the pricing and also the dimension of the label. Just go through the labels in your own wardrobe and you can come out with a ton of ideas.

Found this video on youtube explaining the screen printing process, very detailed. The guys from Catspitproductions put this together. If you always wondered what screen printing is, watch and learn. This is what we do here at TastyInk. A lot of work goes into making a t-shirt print, but when you see a perfect print come together the satisfaction is highly immense.

Rezerectorz Productionz - Polo Tees

rezerectors

productionz

The guys from Rezerectorz productionz came out with a challenging job for us. Individual names screen printed on Polo tees, and they didn’t want the prints to be Vinyl or transfer prints! They were dissatisfied with past jobs which they used vinyl transfers and complained how the transfers started peeling off after a few washes.

In the screen printing industry no one does one off prints as the charges for film, stencil can only be covered if there’s a substantial quantity. Yes, we can print 1 pce t-shirt, but there are block, film, ink charges which have to be absorbed, and that is what these guys did, money wasn’t a problem,  so we worked out a Super deal for them and came out with the prints. They were more then pleased with the results.
